Experience:

Mr. Keister began his career as a structural engineer in 1983 in Atlanta. Since then he has been providing consulting structural engineering service and expertise to architects and owners throughout the southeast. His projects include apartment complexes, extended nursing care facilities, office buildings, hospitals, theaters, manufacturing plants and parking garages. He has a great deal of experience evaluating existing structures and in rehabilitation and repair of these structures. He is well known for his expertise in reinforced concrete structures due to his vast experience on both new and existing structures.

Professional Registrations: Licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Mr. Keister is NCEES certified.
