DAVID L. WEBB, P.E., Vice President, Atlantic Engineering Services of Jacksonville Position: Principal in Charge Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology; Southern Technical Institute, 1984, Master of Science in Engineering; University of Central Florida, 1993 Experience: Mr. Webb has developed experience in all major building types and materials for a wide range of facilities since 1984. He has extensive experience in educational, rehabilitation, condominiums, office buildings, hospitals and parking garages. He has an impressive list of military projects for both the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army and the Army Corps of Engineers. His duties include day to day project supervision, project scheduling for the Jacksonville Office, and coordination with other consultants.
